It’s not often that you find a heavenly corner of the earth that promises peace and harmony. In fact this is the sort of place that we can usually only dream of. Well, dreams become reality at our small hotel in the heart of Pfelders. The romantic, rural mountain village is picturesquely located in the midst of meadows and forests, surrounded by the wonderful mountain scenery of the Texel Group and the Ötztal Alps. It’s where you’ll find your personal refuge. We look forward to getting to know you and giving you the gift of a smile that comes from the heart.

The “finches nest” rooms in the Rosmarie Guesthouse offer plenty of cosiness and comfort. Our double rooms, which are about 20m2 in size, with their own shower / WC and sun balcony, and a sumptuous breakfast and indoor pool, sauna, solarium and jacuzzi, will make you feel on top of the world.

When you open your eyes on a morning, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and sit down to breakfast at a carefully set table in the Rosmarie Guesthouse, you’ll say how good it is to be here. And fortified by the many delights from the lavish breakfast buffet you’ll set forth on another great vacation day.
And don’t forget to fit in a visit to our own Rosmarie Café! You’ll get value for money no matter whether you choose home baked cakes, locally grown fresh berries and fruit, refreshing ice-creams or deliciously aromatic coffee. Sit for a while on our sun terrace or in the new winter garden with its fantastic view and let us spoil you.

Alpine Fitness in Pfelders

Breathe deeply and really live! Fitness and exercise in the outdoors set hitherto unimagined energies free and are great for your health. The best-prepared hiking routes mean that you are able to discover the unique winter landscape step by step.
The cross-country run to the romantic Lazinser Valley starts directly in front of our establishment. And the numerous snowshoe walking routes and ski touring options can be accessed directly in Pfelders. Park you car, and give it a holiday too!

The Spronser group of lakes, the Sonnenberg mountain, the Schneeberg area ... all well-known names in this pristine and varied region. The Texel Group Nature Park is, at 33,430 hectares, the largest of the seven South Tyrolean Nature Parks, and is captivating, with its highly prized and largely intact natural and cultural landscape.
A very special walkers’ paradise, with a multitude of different habitats, a rich diversity of animals and plants, and with safe, well-marked hiking paths.

Twice a week go step by step through the unique landscape of the Texel Group Nature Park with Nordic walking trainer, Gertrud... and make the most of this effective form of exercise for the entire body – what more could you ask for?

Mountain tracks
The well-known “Meraner Höhenweg” path enables walkers to experience the world of the mountains in all its variety. This popular 120 km-long route circles the Texel Group Nature Park and walkers may start their journey at many different points along its course.

Mountain biking – Trans-alpine tour
Routes and destinations for every ability and inclination: this is our promise to every biker! From soft rides on even, 20 km-long routes along the passes to Meran, to narrow climbs up in the alpine regions – where a glass of fresh milk and homemade cheese are waiting for you.

Mountain refuges and alpine pastures in the Upper Passeier Valley
Winter has passed. Flowers are growing, fresh greenery enlivens nature. New life is flowing through the world. Now’s the time to take a few days to top up your energy levels. Where better to do this than on one of the numerous alpine pastures in the Upper Passeier Valley? And those who want to put yet more distance between themselves and everyday life can simply visit one of the refuges out in the high alpine pastures... and enjoy the feeling of boundless freedom to be found up above the clouds.
