The South Tyrolean mountain scenery and the 300 days of sun per year offer the perfect conditions for Nordic Trekking.

 

 

Nordic Trekking gets people moving, promotes health, helps to improve quality of life and is quite simply great fun!

Adventurous - uphill and down, over stick and stone - forest tracks, gravel, narrow trails, hiking routes – all of these are features of a Nordic Trekking route in South Tyrol. Nordic Trekking helps you to experience nature, get out and about, travel different paths and achieve new goals. The basic technique is the same as for Nordic Walking. Well-practiced Nordic walkers will find new training impulses and experience more workout success on Nordic Trekking tours. All those walkers who want to practice their leisure activity in a more sportsmanlike way will rise to this challenge. Nordic Trekking gives almost all the body’s muscle groups a workout.
