Medieval
atmosphere with modern charms. This is how Sterzing, a town once linked
to the Fugger trading empire, appears to visitors today. A small jewel
amidst wonderful surroundings in Freienfeld and Pfitsch. Meadows and
forests, alpine pastures and glaciers, and largely unspoilt nature.
This is where town and countryside complement one another beautifully.
