The market town of Latsch (639m) can be found in the centre of the fertile Vinschgau valley bottom, and enjoys a mild, southern climate.
The splendour of this landscape, where nature and culture are intertwined, is spellbinding. Over and over again you’ll be impressed by the contrasts between the Sonnenberg and Nörderberg mountains and the ski lifts.

Today the small market town of Latsch has 5,050 inhabitants and, with its excellent sporting facilities, has built up a good reputation in sporting circles.

In winter there’s the comfortable, family-friendly ski resort of TarscherAlm, tobogganing runs and the ice rink.

The Martell Valley, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Stilfserjoch National Park, is one of the most attractive offshoots from the Vinschgau valley. It stretches from 950 metres above sea level to the Cevedale Glacier at 3,769 metres. And in winter, the Martell Valley maintains its attraction – walking in white powder snow – making your own tracks – sports holidays, adventure holidays, family holidays... holidays at one with nature in a fairy tale snow-covered landscape.
