In our comfortable farmhouse parlour we treat our guests to local dishes of home-smoked bacon, game and trout all garnished with selected mountain herbs. Our landlord acts as sommelier at wine tastings in our cellar and is happy to help you choose the right wine to go with your meal.

Alpine Fitness

The Waldheim is close to the Martell cross-country and biathlon centre and we rent out cross-country skiing and Nordic walking equipment as well as snowshoes for both adults and children. Alexander, your host, is a state approved cross-country skiing instructor and will be happy to teach you both the skate-style and classic cross-country techniques. And after a unique ski trip to Cevedale, recuperate in our new sauna area.
